FUNCTIONAL BREATHING IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL YOU CAN LEARN FOR MEETING THE CHALLENGES THAT COME YOUR WAY. Breathing is the key to our autonomic nervous system. How we breath influences and mediates our physiology and our emotions and makes the difference in how we meet the challenges and stressors of life. You and I will assess your breathing habits.

Everyone engages in dysfunctional breathing habits some times; we will determine if you have developed any significant dysfunctional breathing habits and, if so, how they affect your life. We will discuss the muscles and mechanics of breathing; the critical role of optimal levels of carbon dioxide; the role of overbreathing in dysfunction;symptoms and deficits; and the use of capnography in dysfunctional and learning functional breathing. We will identify some functional breathing goals to work toward.

Functional Breathing and the implementation of other Health and Wellness approaches, skills and techniques makes it possible for you to continuously improve your performance in your work, and in the passions of your life.
