IT'S A JUNGLE OUT THERE!

Thriving In The Jungle!

Being in the presence of certain situations, certain people, certain places, certain things and certain recalled events, can and create a lot of discomfort. This discomfort is experienced cognitively, physically and emotionally. It may impair our thinking, reasoning, and behavior. It can also have a physiological impact on us.

I will coach you and help you modify your thinking and feelings around the provoking issues. We will utilize meditation, mindfulness practices, guided imagery, biofeedback and breathing feedback as we coach you on this journey.

Most people find that there are days when the world around us does, indeed, seem to be a jungle, teeming with lions and tigers, and snakes and monkeys and dinosaurs, and all manner of creature, tame and wild. And they all seem to coming at us from every direction.

However, in reality, those jungle inhabitants that we face, usually take the form of other people, deadlines, demands of work, and responsibilities of family life, commuting, taxes, financial issues, and relationship issues, to mention only a few.

In the jungle we could run away from, or fight the jungle inhabitants that threatened us. In our reality we rarely can run from, or fight, the jungle threats that we face daily in this world.Our Mission is to help you develop and grow your resilience so that you can master and overcome the effects of the jungle threats and stressors that you face in your daily life.

We want to help you live better.

This course is composed of four video and scripted lessons. It is fun and enjoyable.
